Delete your account
Deleting your Naualo account can't be undone. Your connections aren't told; you disappear from their app.
In the app
Open Naualo, go to Account → Security, tap Delete account, and confirm. The account is deleted right away.
To keep a copy of your data, first go to Account → Privacy and tap Download my data.
Without the app
Write to privacy@naualo.com from the email address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. If you can't write from that address, tell us your username, and we'll confirm with you before deleting anything. We delete the account within 30 days and let you know once it's done.
What's deleted
Your profile and photo, your connections and requests, the messages between you and them (scheduled ones too), your nicknames, reactions and settings, the phones you're signed in on, and everything else we store about you.
What's kept
Reports. If you reported someone, or someone reported you, the report keeps both usernames, and a copy of the message if it was about one, so we can still review it after the account is gone.
